We encrypt these documents, store them separately from your account, and delete them 12 months after you close your account (or 3 years if required by ongoing compliance investigations).

When you close your esse4d account, we delete your game history, balance, and session logs within 30 days. However, we retain payment records and identity documents for 7 years as required by Indonesian financial law. We will never reuse your email address to create a new account.
International Data Transfers
Our servers may be located outside Indonesia. Data transfers comply with GDPR and Indonesian law. We apply standard contractual clauses to all international transfers and encrypt data in transit and at rest. If you are outside supported jurisdictions, your data is not processed by esse4d.
